For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
Romans 3:23-24
Isn't it! My husband is truly allergic to cutting the grass! Actually he is allergic to dust, to pollen, to grass, etc. So cutting the grass was never his job. I do enjoy it as it is good exercise but I find walking with a friend more fun. And the kids can cut the grass! Whoo hoo. It is so far the only benefit of teenagers.
The other things I have found - they are moody and eat ALOT!! ALOT. ALOT. My husband has kind of jokingly asked why I spend so much on food lately and then looks in the frig to find NOTHING - as it was all eaten by the teenager! Honestly that kid eats two lunches! And is solid muscle. But boy can he eat and eat and eat.
I loved cutting the grass in WI too (using the electric riding lawn tractor that my husband had rebuilt--I let him do the push mower:D) I found it was a nice "escape"---regarding ALL the food--(as much as I like organic food, Aldi's saves you a LOT of money and hasle:)
I know - I would love to buy all organic but simply can't afford to feed teenage boys with all organic. So we do a mixture and try to have good foods - i.e. fruits and veggie --- even if they aren't all organic.
