The students had their Showcase for Toastmasters last night and it was wonderful. I highly recommend that if you have a local chapter of Toastmasters - contact them and ask about their Youth Leadership classes. It was simply wonderful. It taught the kids how to run a meeting, Robert's Rules of Order, elements of a good speech and a setting to practice. The final Showcase was an opportunity to invite the parents, Grandparents and family friends to show what was learned.
Below are all our students along with the Toastmaster adults that sponsored the program and led the students - we really want to thank them for taking time out of their schedule to teach and encourage our children. They were so wonderful!!! Thank you, thank you.
